DSL-2010 LLC has all the necessary material and technical resources to carry out business activities involving the management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, fully complying with the strict environmental and sanitary-hygienic standards of Ukraine.

Our company is located in the industrial zone of Kyiv. It has warehouse facilities with an area of approximately 900 sq. m. The production facilities are equipped with ventilation systems and have sumps for collecting liquids. Waste is transported on wooden pallets using forklifts.

All incoming waste undergoes dosimetric control before unloading and sorting. Personnel are equipped with personal protective equipment.

Own specialized vehicles for the transportation of hazardous goods and waste

Enables reliable transportation of waste from the customer to the facility. Complies with international safety, occupational health and environmental requirements; a certificate of approval for the carriage of dangerous goods (ADR Certificate) is available.

Forklifts deliver the waste to specially designated areas in the facility and then to the location where it is processed.

Power shredders (industrial power shredders DR 90602, K7-FI2-S)

The power shredder consists of a cutting mechanism and a drive.

The cutting mechanism is a cast-iron housing with stationary knives secured in it by bolts, with the knife rotor shaft rotating in their bearing supports.

The feedstock enters between the stationary and rotating knives of the cutting mechanism, is shredded and, as it is processed, is fed to the shredder's discharge hatch.

GPO-2 Industrial Waste Baler

It has a pressing force of 12 tons and is designed for baling (compacting) recyclable materials. This high-performance equipment is specially designed for efficient formation of bales from:

  • various types of waste paper;
  • cardboard packaging;
  • paper and archives;
  • polyethylene film;
  • PET bottles;
  • all types of plastic containers;
  • leather;
  • textiles and other household and industrial waste.

After pressing, the finished bales are secured with polypropylene strapping, wire, or other materials.

Special technological acid neutralization unit

Designed for the physicochemical treatment, stabilization, and neutralization of industrial solutions. The process of neutralizing acids, their mixtures, and solutions is based on a chemical reaction with alkalis or metal oxides (for acids and strong acid solutions). The reaction produces salt and water. The reaction is accompanied by heat release (exothermic)

UT 3000DTS Waste Thermal Destruction Unit with a Multi-Line Flue Gas Cleaning System

The thermal waste disposal unit is designed to eliminate waste of various origins and compositions by incineration.

The operating process consists of
the following stages:

  1. Removal of ash from the combustion chambers and preparation for operation;
  2. Furnace preheating;
  3. Waste loading;
  4. Waste incineration;
  5. Combustion of furnace gases and their purification;
