DSL-2010 LLC carries out the destruction and processing of virtually any type of goods under customs control, under the customs regime of destruction or demolition in accordance with the requirements of the Customs Code of Ukraine.

The following goods fall under the customs regime of disposal:

• goods damaged or spoiled as a result of transportation;
• goods for which documentation confirming their quality and safety is unavailable;
• expired imported goods;
• goods withdrawn from circulation by order of government authorities (veterinary-sanitary and phytosanitary services, and other authorities) — confiscated goods;
• counterfeit goods;
• dangerous goods prohibited from import into Ukraine;
• goods abandoned by their owner;
• counterfeits and brand imitations;
• medicinal products not registered in Ukraine;
• products containing precursors;
• goods following an expert examination.

The destruction of goods is carried out upon approval by the customs authority, with a destruction certificate being drawn up.

The work may be carried out under the supervision of customs representatives.

After the destruction operation, the resulting waste is transferred for further recovery or disposal in accordance with the requirements of waste management legislation.

The waste is assigned a waste code according to the National Waste List.
